you have not played it then. What about any of the underground tombs or in the church? The detail and texture resolution are amazing its just the jungle that looks cartoony but the awesome light,water,animations and wind effects make up for lack of texture detail when you are outside.

I am older and have played tons of shooters since the days of doom. Then one day I played Halo and thought it was average because I had already played many previous shooters and thought it was nothing special compared to them all.

PS3 sales are actually on par with PS2 sales so in 6 years there will be 120 million PS3s out there.
The difference between this gen and last is that Nintendo will also be hugely successful while M$ continue to be the loser again so sony have not been humbled, people can own a PS3 and a wii but not a 360 mostly due to worse brand image than PS3 among the general population.
Btw in terms of games the PS3 has a lot more exclusives coming than the 360 cus sony owns mor...
